1. Getting Started with Instalog.ai

Welcome to the official Instalog.ai documentation hub. Whether you are an independent D2C brand or a large-scale enterprise agency, you'll find everything you need here to start generating high-converting e-commerce creatives automatically. Our pipeline is designed to remove the friction from traditional photography and rendering workflows.

Uploading Your First Product

To begin, navigate to the Create tab on your primary dashboard. Upload a high-resolution product image—ideally with a transparent PNG background or a solid white background. Our AI engine uses this exact image as the anchor for all generated scenes, ensuring the scale, lighting, and textures of your product remain highly accurate while building entirely new, photorealistic environments around it.

2. The Bulk Upload Workflow

For brands managing vast catalogs, manually uploading products one by one is inefficient. Our Bulk Upload feature allows you to process hundreds of products simultaneously.

• Download the Template: Access the official CSV or Excel template directly from your dashboard's Bulk Upload module.
• Data Entry: Populate the spreadsheet with your ASINs, product names, and raw image URLs.
• Validation & Queuing: Upload the completed template. Our system will immediately validate your account limits and file integrity, then place the batch into our depth-first priority generation queue.
• Asynchronous Delivery: You can safely close the tab. You will receive an automated email notification the moment your entire bulk generation batch is complete and ready for export.

3. Brand Guidelines Integration

Consistency is key in e-commerce. Instalog.ai allows you to strictly enforce your brand's look and feel by configuring a global Brand Library. Upload your custom typography files, define specific hex color codes, and provide secondary logo assets. The AI engine will autonomously weave these elements into the typography overlays, backgrounds, and feature graphics of your generated creatives, ensuring every output is instantly recognizable as yours.

4. Exporting and Marketplace Compliance

Instalog.ai doesn't just generate images; it validates them against real-world marketplace constraints. Before export, creatives are checked against specific marketplace rules (such as Amazon's strict 85% fill rule and pure white background mandates for hero images). Once validated, you can export your entire creative set directly as optimized JPGs, PNGs, or a neatly structured ZIP file ready for immediate upload to Seller Central or Shopify.
