Before you pick a plan

The things people actually ask us first.

What counts as one generation?: One rendered image. A full listing set is seven positions, so a complete product run consumes seven generations. An asset the pipeline regenerates on its own after failing QA counts as an additional generation.
Does a regeneration I request cost extra?: Yes — rejecting an asset with feedback produces a new render, and that render counts. In practice most sets clear automated QA before they reach you, so requested regenerations tend to be the exception rather than the rule.
How many competitors can I analyse per product?: You can add as many competitor URLs as you like, and four to five is the recommended range. Fewer than that and the category read is thin; many more and the extra listings rarely change the art direction.
Can I use my own brand guidelines?: Custom brand guidelines are included on the Pro plan and above, so generated assets stay inside your palette, typography and tone rather than defaulting to a generic look.
What happens to my reference photos?: They are stored immutably and used as the ground truth for every asset generated from that product. They are never altered, and they are not used to train anything.
Is scraping competitor listings allowed?: Competitor data is used for visual analysis only. As the product notes in-app, running this at production scale needs your own legal sign-off — we surface that rather than hide it.
