2. Use of Service

Instalog.ai provides an AI-powered creative intelligence platform specifically engineered for e-commerce brands and agencies. By creating an account, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform and form a binding contract.
• Lawful Use: You agree not to use the service for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose, including generating content that violates third-party rights.
• Asset Ownership: You retain full ownership of all the original product assets and reference images you upload to our servers.

3. Intellectual Property

All AI-generated images and creatives produced using our platform are licensed to you for full commercial use, provided your account remains in good standing and all subscription fees are paid. Instalog.ai retains all overarching rights, title, and interest to the underlying platform, proprietary algorithms, and software infrastructure that powers the service.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

Certain features, high-volume generation capabilities, and agency-level tools of Instalog.ai are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan. All payments are non-refundable unless strictly required by applicable law. Failure to maintain an active payment method may result in the immediate suspension of generation capabilities.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Instalog.ai, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, amend, or replace these Terms of Service at any time as our platform evolves. If a revision is material and significantly alters your rights, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
